**Duties & Responsibilities of Quality Control**

**- Perform QC testing on raw materials, work-in-process items, and finished products**

**- Checked finished goods deviation from the standard set**

**- Prepare and send daily report to management**

**- Maintain Food Safety norms**

**- Assess cleanliness and report immediately unhygienic, dirty environment**

**- Brief workers regarding their personal grooming**

**- Brief workers to follow FIFO**

**- Identify and check Hazard points in the factory and make pre plan mechanism to prevent them**

**- Check for FIFO practiced followed at every level of organization**

**- Assess data to make sure product specifications are met as per legal bodies and company rules.**

**- Review good manufacturing practice documentation, including test methods and protocols, Hygiene maintain.**

**- Perform review of test data and analysis and technical problem solving.**

**- Maintain inventory of testing of new supplies, new products**

**- Support process improvement**

**- Maintain laboratory equipment and testing with team.**

**- Check GVN and GRM received from the shops**

**- Maintain customer complain register and investigate the cause and find solution**

**- Record keeping of the kulfi**

**- Prepare colors as required in the production**

**- Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.**

**- Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or unsafe practices and procedures to supervisor immediately.**

**- Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement**

**- Must possess a positive attitude and have the ability to work with a variety of people and in cooperation with co-workers efficiently and effectively**

**- Able to recognize superior quality products, presentations and flavors.**

**- Operates and maintains all department equipment and reports malfunctions.**

**- Operate lab equipment's in line with utmost safety, correct policies, procedures and training**

**- Maintain Wastage Register and weight total wastage dept. wise before disposing**

**- Do not take drugs or consume alcohol before or at work**

**- Maintain utmost hygiene at work premises**

**- Maintain personal hygiene**

**- Maintain workplace decorum**

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
