**Qualifications**:
- Minimum Undergraduate Degree
**Skills**:
- Proficient in Tally, Excel, and mail preparation
- Strong organizational skills for attendance management
- Demonstrated team management abilities
- Excellent written communication skills in English
**Responsibilities**:
1. Efficiently utilize Tally and Excel for financial and data management.
3. Manage attendance records with accuracy and timeliness.
4. Exhibit strong organizational skills in coordinating office activities.
5. Demonstrate effective team management to ensure smooth workflow.
6. Uphold a high standard of written communication skills in English.
7. Foster positive work attitudes and etiquettes within the team.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in office coordination or related roles is preferred.
