Balance Nutrition is looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team and can look after YouTube Operations.

To succeed in this job role, you will be preparing a proper schedule for posting the video on YouTube. You would also be recording the video content as well as editing it. In addition to this, you should also be able to record a voice-over for the video to attract and engage the audience in a professional manner.

Role and Responsibilities
- Full time YouTube Specialist for Balance Nutrition
- Filming bite-sized, audience-appropriate videos at calculated intervals.
- Editing footage to attain consistent, refined, and brand-appropriate videos.
- Ensure all the digital projects are in line with a performance goal.
- Observing YouTube and sponsorship-related guidelines.
- Understanding and creating YouTube content and organic marketing strategy
- Optimizing content to reach a wider audience and creating Brand awareness and recognition ( Smooth transitions, some infographics layered with voiceovers, etc, to ultimately create multi-layered videos for retaining the viewer's attention)
- Create catchy titles and thumbnails for more clicks

**YouTuber Requirements**:

- Thoroughly knowledgeable about YouTube algorithms.
- High-definition, lightweight vlogging camera.
- Possession of pertinent filmmaking accessories.
- Relevant knowledge of Graphic design and Adobe Premiere
- Excellent English and verbal communication skills.
- Top-notch marketing and troubleshooting abilities.
- Transparent and reflexive approach to advertising.
- Thoughtful about viewership

**Experience**:
minimum 3+ years of experience is required.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
