**Responsibilities**:
As a Student Counsellor at Alice Soft, you will play a crucial role in guiding and assisting students in choosing the right course for their career development. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Counseling and Guidance**:

- Interact with students to understand their career aspirations and provide counseling on suitable courses.
- Offer information about various courses and explain the corresponding fee structures.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Engage in cold calling activities to generate leads for potential students.
- Utilize various communication channels to promote our educational programs.
- **Lead Conversion**:

- Work on converting leads into successful enrollments.
- Provide detailed information about courses, benefits, and career prospects to prospective students.
- **Student Support**:

- Act as a supportive guide for students throughout their tenure in the selected course.
- Assist students in reaching their learning goals by addressing queries and concerns.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- **Education and Knowledge**:

- Hold a degree with a basic understanding of computer concepts.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Experience**:

- Freshers with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in Edtech, BPO, or KPO industries will be considered an asset.
