**Responsibilities**:
**Taxation and Compliance**:
Provide expert advice and consultation on various taxation matters, including income tax, GST, customs, and other indirect taxes.

Review and optimize tax strategies for clients to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Prepare and file complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, and communicate their implications to clients or the organization.

Represent clients during tax assessments, appeals, and disputes.

**GST Filing and Compliance**:
Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of GST returns for clients or the organization.

Monitor GST compliance, ensuring accurate documentation, record-keeping, and adherence to GST laws.

Conduct GST audits and reconcile discrepancies, working closely with clients or internal teams.

**Independent Audit**:
Lead and manage independent financial audits for clients or the organization, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulations.

Plan and execute audit engagements, including risk assessment, audit testing, and documentation of findings.

Review financial statements, internal controls, and accounting processes to identify areas for improvement.

Provide recommendations to enhance financial reporting accuracy and transparency.

**Advisory Services**:
Offer strategic financial and tax planning advice to clients, considering their long-term goals and business objectives.

Assist clients in optimizing their financial operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and enhancing profitability.

Provide guidance on mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and other financial transactions.

**Regulatory Compliance**:
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards in all accounting, taxation, and auditing activities.

Skills and Qualifications:
CA Intermediate qualification with 10-15 years of experience.

In-depth knowledge of taxation laws, including income tax, GST, and other indirect taxes.

Proficiency in accounting software and tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Statement of Account Preparation and Finalization

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
