**Structured hybrid role**:
**Introduction**:

- Member of the ‘Risk - Centre of excellence’ in Mumbai.
- Support the team to run the overall Stress testing framework working closely with all the risk pillars across Credit, Counterparty Credit, Market risk and Treasury.
- Drive, engage and deliver strategic, individual and operational business objectives/targets. Manage the stress expected loss limits and breaches with analysis and monitoring of various underlying factors.
- Ensure target achievement adhering to Service Level Agreements
- Create a control exemplary process and drive improvements and innovation

What will you be doing?
- Work extensively on delivering the Risk stress testing (BOE, IST, EBA) and ICAAP submissions and maintain engagement with stakeholders and Regulators for review of results and addressing feedback.
- Actively participate in the development of stress testing at firm level and analyse, validate and ensure the proper reporting in regular internal & regulatory stress tests (TCFD, PRA, CFTC, etc.)
- Evaluate, design and monitor top risks including designing and building risk dashboards and conduct vulnerability assessments providing SME guidance to senior management to allow for strategic decisions
- Contribution to model risk management w.r.t. sensitivity analysis, redevelopment of models and scenario analysis.
- Identify and/or quantify limitations of existing model suite and propose mitigation, improvements or new model development requirements including model documentation and annual model reviews.
- Support with Independent Model Validation Unit deliverables to ensure validation of initiatives and remediation.
- Drive various key initiatives related to technology, methodology and reporting for Stress testing framework.

**What we’re looking for**:

- CA or MBA qualification with CFA, FRM or equivalent.
- Good commercial experience working within Credit/Market Risk, preferably in an international banking environment.
- Familiarity with the calculation and monitoring of RWA under Advanced and Standardised approaches
- Python coding capabilities

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Strong track record in risk management with a leading Corporate and/or Investment Bank (5yrs+).
- Strong verbal & written communications and power point skills.
- Good understanding of Credit/Market Risk management and various products in Banking book, Trading book and various Risk measurement and metrics.
- Highly analytical mind with attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a time pressured environment
