LMS Administrator

**Essential Functions**
- Responsible for development and maintenance of the LMS platform (Docebo) including: user interface, processes, workflows and course design structure.
- Setup new courses in Docebo
- Monitor course registrations based on training calendar and keep instructors updated on registration status
- Setup and run various course reports
- Perform routine audits of the learning content on the platform to ensure accuracy and relevancy; retirement of training courses as needed
- Provide administrative support for training operations including: managing and coordinating training calendar, tracking and reporting incoming training activities and resolving LMS related support tickets
- Use training software to create student user guides
- Track new course timelines
- Provide support for meetings and training events
**Skills needed to be successful**
- Experience using Docebo or similar LMS system
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow and repeat set procedures and verify own work accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with staff, contacts within our broader network of offices and outside vendor partners
- Technical aptitude with proficiency using Microsoft Office Products, Adobe Connect
- Self-starter that can manage his/her own activities
- Comfortable demonstrating how to use a system
**Required Experience & Education**
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience as a LMS Administrator
**Preferred Experience & Education**
- Docebo LMS experience highly preferred
- Proficiency using creative tools such as: Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Studio, or Adobe Captivate
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience with Clinical Laboratory or Anatomic Pathology procedures and/or software
- Experience in Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and/or Camtasia to develop training videos and eLearning courses
