Quantity Surveyor and Billing

To prepare estimate of all Projects.
- Taking physical measurement of work done at site.
- To prepare monthly material reconciliation report.
- To prepare minutes of meeting and updating work progress.
- To prepare extra work estimate of individual Apt in consultation with GM Project.
- To prepare weekly labour bill in Excel format.
- To prepare monthly cash flow / budget based on estimate.
- To prepare balance to finish cost of each project (Quarterly basis) in consultation with GM Projects.
- Keep track of materials and inventories.
- Physical verification of materials used for each works at site.
- Preparation of comparison reports on estimated vs actual of material and cost.
- To help GM Planning in preparing comparative statement and work orders.
- To help GM Planning in cash flow for every three months(Preparation of estimated cost required for one apartment for its completion including list and quantities of materials).
- To check the work bill raised from the site.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sasthamangalam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
