Asm- Export

**Position Description (Broad Expectations)**:

- Responsible for handling Enquiries, customer requirement, First Call, basic solution mapping.
- Facilitate export sales team’s activities so as to maximize their performance, be a point of reference between sales team, and various other departments and work towards long term development of the organization by closely working with the sales leader.
- Responsible to develop and implement various sales initiatives such as sales process, tools, marketing activities as per organizational objectives.

**Key Duties**:

- Studying the market in the target country or countries
- Identifying new markets for exports and developing new business accounts
- Planning a sales campaign suited to that country and current consumer trends, planning and reviewing budgets for product ranges.
- Ensure sales data capture, analysis and driving teams as per business objectives.
- Ensure Sales MIS & Reporting system are in place as per business process.
- Meeting with clients here or overseas troubleshooting to sort out any problems with the exports.
- Prepare and manage various sales formats, Data collection formats and ensure implementation of all formats.
- Support sales head in various sales related activities as per business needs - ensuring timely communications between various teams, supporting customer visits, customer communication, scheduling activities etc

**Technical & Soft Skills**:

- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills, Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint
- Must have possessed Pre-Sales/ Customer Calls/ Requirement Analysis/ Basic international market knowledge in related industry
- Proficiency in MS Excel/ Word/ Power Point & Process of making standardized offer

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
