**Job Description**:
**Experience: 3 to 5 years**

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge and Hands on Experience in Python is mandatory
- Hands on experience in writing Jenkins Pipeline with shared libraries for CICD integration.
- Strong working experience in Infrastructure as a Code (IaC) and configuration management tools like Ansible
- Good to have experience in setup and managing Containers/Container Management Services (Docker Swarm/Kubernetes)
- Good Understanding on Networking Protocols and REST API is preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Continuously monitor and implement service improvement initiatives (Automate routine tasks, process improvements, etc) for value realization.
- Collaborate with different service teams (internal & external) to ensure service availability as agreed with customer.
- Provide technical solutions and alternatives, mentoring and supporting teams, handling team on need basis for service delivery and customer engagements.

**Qualifications**:
BE/BTech/MCA
