Customer Relationship Executive

**Position Overview**:
The Customer Relationship Executive will play a crucial role in supporting our students. This role involves understanding the specific needs and goals of our students, providing them with detailed information about our courses and services, and helping to resolve any issues or concerns.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the first point of contact for students and clients, providing them with comprehensive information about our courses, certifications, and services.
- Understand and assess individual student needs, guiding them towards the appropriate training solutions that match their career goals.
- Maintain and develop relationships with students and clients through regular follow-ups and updates on new courses or services.
- Handle student inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and efficiency, ensuring their concerns are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
- Participate in educational events, seminars, and workshops to stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall quality of our service.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in customer service or sales, ideally within the education, training, or IT sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire confidence in students and clients.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- A keen interest in technology and education, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new tools and trends.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
