Graduate with a bachelor’s degree (min.) in Engineering, Science or Technology should have at least 15 years hands on experience in IT, with majority of it in Digital Workplace
- Should have very good general design and architecture knowledge
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes and framework
- Ability to collaborate, influence and motivate cross-functional teams
- Ability and flexibility to adapt to change, including shifting and competing priorities
- Demonstrates strong customer, quality, cost and delivery focus
- Demonstrates strong autonomy involving remote management
- Fluent in English and at ease in making oral presentation to a management level audience
- Demonstrate architecture competency and technical knowledge in Windows, SCCM, MDT, AD/GPO, Bitlocker, Printing service, Citrix, VDI, and PowerShell, Intune, SCCM in Azure Cloud, BranchCache, 1E Nomad.
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, ServiceNow, Symantec, Automation will be added advantage

**Primary Skills**:

- On premises and cloud-based end user services virtualization solutions such as Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, Hyper-V, VMWare, and relevant VDI solutions.
- Clear understanding of operating system and end user related software lifecycle and versioning such as Microsoft Office, Windows Client operating systems, Apple MacOS, Linux flavors designed for end user computing.

**Secondary Skills**:

- You should be able to clearly demonstrate endpoint management and end user experience optimization skills using various technologies such as Intune and Azure Active Directory
- You must have designed and implemented service catalog that contained user profiling, demands, fulfilment, workflows.
