**Job Title: Telesales Representative / Inside Sales Executive**

**Experience: 0-3 Years**

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact customers to inform them about our products or services using provided scripts.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products or the company.
- Understand customer requirements by asking relevant questions and effectively close sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
- Keep detailed records of calls and sales, noting useful information.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., calling software) and dialer systems.
- Ability to learn about products and services and effectively describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Intermediate/graduate degree in any discipline.
