Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow key accounts within the HoReCa sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the HoReCa sector, including hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with HoReCa clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential areas for business growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to senior management.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and marketing, to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards of products.
- Ensure seamless order processing, inventory management, and logistics to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.
- Track and report on the performance of key accounts and sales activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HoReCa sector, with a proven track record in sales and account management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
