**Overview**:
AIT Solutions is seeking a talented and results-driven SEO Executive to join our dynamic digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing strategic SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and enhance online visibility for our clients. **Responsibilities**:
1. **Keyword Research**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords and phrases relevant to our clients' industries, target audience, and business objectives.

2. **On-Page Optimization**: Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and internal linking structures, to improve search engine visibility and user experience.

3. **Off-Page Optimization**: Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building, content promotion, and influencer outreach, to enhance website authority and increase backlink profile.

4. **Technical SEO**: Perform website audits to identify technical issues affecting SEO performance, such as crawl errors, site speed issues, and mobile-friendliness, and collaborate with the development team to implement solutions.

5. **Content Optimization**: Collaborate with content creators to optimize website content, blog posts, and other digital assets for search engines and target keywords.

6. **Local SEO**: Implement local SEO strategies to improve visibility in local search results, including optimizing Google My Business profiles, managing online reviews, and optimizing local citations.

7. **Monitoring and Reporting**: Monitor key SEO metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and backlink profile, using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO software, and provide regular reports on performance.

8. **Competitor Analysis**: Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the industry, benchmark against competitors, and develop strategies to outperform them in search rankings.

9. **Stay Updated**: Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and digital marketing, and share insights and recommendations with the team.

10. **Client Communication**: Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on SEO performance, discuss strategy recommendations, and address any questions or concerns.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role, with a strong understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.

3. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar tools.

4. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development principles, with the ability to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.

5. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

7. Proactive attitude and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as thrive in a collaborative team environment.

8. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving measurable results and continuous improvement.

9. Experience with local SEO strategies and tools, such as Google My Business optimization, local citations, and review management, is a plus.

10. Commitment to staying updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and developments in SEO and digital marketing.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
