Receptionist (On Contract for 1 Year)

Bengaluru, India Zinnov Management Consulting Full time

1. Maintain office attendance registrar.

2. 5 days a week to office. 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.

3. Receiving guests.

4. Maintain office supplies.

5. Work with housekeeping team to ensure office is clean.

6. Work with office boy to ensure everything (chairs, tables, books, food, paraphernalia) is placed orderly.

7. Maintain an excel of all inventories in the office including stationery, food supplies, merchandise, and paraphernalia.

8. Place orders (food, water, medicines) whenever required.

9. Maintain a record of all invoices received.

10. Maintain all DLs (Distributive Ledgers) for India. Add/delete people as required.

11. Maintain a database of all employees (names, phone numbers, address, emergency contact numbers, blood group, t-shirt size, etc.)

12. Print ID cards on Day 1.

13. Support employees with local cabs.

14. Support OM with Travel Management.

15. Support OM with newer initiatives.

16. Maintain the India office reception phone and direct conversations wherever required.

17. Support OM and HR team in engagement activities inside and outside office.

18. Print documents as requested.

19. File documents as informed and directed.

**Salary**: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 3 years (required)
- Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
