Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, appointments, and meetings.

Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation logistics.

Prepare and organize documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence as required.

Conduct research and gather information for various projects or tasks.

Assist in preparing agendas and taking minutes during meetings.

Monitor and follow up on assigned tasks and deadlines.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing office supplies.

Act as a liaison between the executive and other team members or external contacts.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping skills (optional).

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
