**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential customers by telephone to introduce our products/services.
- Explain the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
- Answer any questions potential customers may have about our products/services.
- Persuade potential customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
- Keep accurate records of all calls made and results achieved.
- Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software preferred.
- Must be comfortable making cold calls.
