Share A Book India Association (SABIA) strives to bridge educational gaps and create a brighter future for marginalized children and youth. At SABIA, we are committed to fostering a love for reading and life-long learning, with a vision of empowering communities through knowledge.

Key Focus and Initiatives:
We work with children aged 6 to 14 years who are studying in government and low-resource private schools across India to enhance their access to age-appropriate, colorful picture books leading to better reading skills.

1. School and Community Libraries: Establishing free, open-access libraries in schools and marginalized communities to provide nurturing spaces for learning.

2. Educational Programs: Conducting workshops, seminars, and leadership development camps to empower stakeholders with knowledge, skills, and a sense of social responsibility to support quality education in government schools.

Our Impact:
SABIA has positively impacted over 30,000 students by providing books and reading resources, conducting awareness campaigns, and advocating for educational reforms across

India in more than 175 schools. We envision a society where every individual, regardless of background, has equal access to educational resources, unlocking their full potential.

1. Mobility Officer

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Project Progress Tracking
- Monitor and evaluate project implementation in partner schools.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and objectives.

2. Data Management
- Compile and analyze data from partner schools for organizational reporting.
- Maintain a seamless flow of information between schools and the organization.

3. Strategic Planning Assistance
- Collaborate with the core team to strategize and plan project initiatives.
- Provide insights for continuous improvement and innovation.

4. Partnership Cultivation
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with partner schools' staff.
- Liaise with the state education department for effective collaboration.

5. Stakeholder Engagement
- Organize and conduct seminars, panel discussions, and training workshops.
- Raise awareness among school staff, volunteers, students, parents, and state officials.

The Mobility Officer will contribute to the success and growth of SABIA's initiatives, playing a key role in advancing our mission of promoting education and literacy in partnership with schools and government entities.

**Qualifications & Competencies**:
1. University degree/Diploma preferably in Social Work or Social Sciences, Education,

Human Rights or other related fields

2. Able to work independently with limited supervision

3. Good verbal and written skills in English and Hindi

4. Determined and willing to travel.

2. Engagement Manager

**Job Summary**:
Manager will be responsible for planning and executing outreach campaigns, managing the online presence, and creating compelling content for various mediums.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Strategic Communication
- Develop and execute impactful storytelling and communication strategies.
- Manage marketing, public relations, and tech communications.

2. Outreach and Fundraising
- Plan and execute campaigns to engage donors, volunteers, sponsors, media, and the press.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team for cohesive campaign planning.

3. Content Management
- Track and maintain an inventory of marketing materials, including photos, videos, and artwork.
- Create compelling content for print, presentations, promotional materials, and interactive media.

4. Innovative Storytelling
- Manage social media platforms for increased engagement and awareness.
- Generate creative ideas and concepts for impactful case stories through various mediums.
- Oversee website updates for current and relevant content.

**Qualifications & Competencies**:
1. University degree/Diploma in Communications, Marketing, or related field.

2. Strong storytelling and creative skills.

3. Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3. Resources Manager
