Branch in Charge

Manage the daily activities of the branch office, with duties such as insurance claim processing, marketing, auditing, loss prevention, and underwriting.
- Hire, train, and monitor the performance of new insurance agents.
- Provide updates to the regional manager regarding operating results, insurance trends, and competitor methods.
- Develop new business through selling and marketing activities. Provide input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
- Give input into developing the budget.
- Manage subordinate managers.
- Oversee the operations of the branch

**Experience**:4yrs in inventory and cash managment

**Qualification**:Graduation

**Age**:35 Above

**Location**: Barpeta, Bongaigaon, Dhubri, Dibrugarh, Goalpara, Golaghat, Jorhat, Nagaon, Nalbari, North Lakhimpur, Sivasagar, Silchar, Tezpur, Tinsukia, Mangaldoi, Bijaynagar, Karimganj, Hojai.
