- Responsibilities_
- _Handling Balance Sheet Accounts reconciliations of different regions._
- _Adhere to the Month/Quarter-end deadliness._
- _Preparation of Amortization schedule._
- _Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work._
- _Participate in continuous improvement/ transformation initiatives._
- _Coordinate, analyses and facilitate resolution of issues_
- _Ensure financial controls compliance, providing samples and evidence to the auditor._
- _Responsible for reviewing and ensuring the completeness and correctness of balance sheets accounts (banks, fixed assets, client accounts, supplier accounts, tax accounts, etc.), journal entries initiated by GL accountants from the team_
- _Closings and reconciliations for the managed accounts as per agreed deadlines_
- _Analyzing and following the accounting journals, requesting reclassifications and corrections to GL accountants_
- _Support GL accountants in requesting information from Client/ Genpact other streams (supporting documentation for JEs, additional information, escalations, etc)_
- _Provide support to Team Leader and Operations Manager when needed, as per request_
- _Coordinating the accounts reconciliation for the group companies according to procedures, when required_
- _Preparing the VAT declarations and the accounting journals when required_
- _Offering the necessary reports and information for the internal and external controls_
- _Preparing monthly performance reports according to the established contract indicators and any other additional requested reports to be reviewed by the client_
- _Communicating in a timely manner any relevant information related to the process_
- _Respecting the activity schedule established with the customer_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Graduate in B.Com_
- _Experience of handling activities of RTR month end close_
- _Experience of posting journal entries in SAP._
- _Basic knowledge of Excel, Vlookup, formulaes, etc._

- _Good analytical skills and attention to detail._
- _Knowledge of Contract/Portfolio Management_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Basic knowledge of SAP_
