Logistic Officer

**Transport Selection**: Collaborate with various transportation providers to select the most suitable mode of transportation (road, rail, air, or sea) based on factors such as cost, delivery timeline, and nature of the cargo.

**Dispatch Coordination**: Manage the dispatch process by coordinating with warehouse staff, drivers, and shipping partners to ensure timely and accurate loading and unloading of goods.

**Routing and Scheduling**: Develop efficient routes for transportation vehicles to minimize travel time, fuel consumption, and overall operational costs. Update schedules as needed to accommodate changing circumstances.

**Documentation Management**: Ensure accurate completion and organization of all required logistics documentation, including shipping manifests, bills of lading, customs paperwork, and delivery confirmations.

**Communication**: Maintain clear and effective communication channels with internal teams, transportation partners, and customers to provide updates on shipment status, delays, and any potential issues.

**Inventory Tracking**: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure proper stock levels and prevent stockouts.

**Vendor Relationships**: Foster positive relationships with transportation providers, suppliers, and third-party logistics partners to enhance collaboration and service quality.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
