**Responsibilities**:

- **Design Expertise**: Craft compelling motion graphics for our digital platforms including eLearning, websites, corporate videos, and marketing demos.
- **Project Planning**: Contribute to design plans, concepts, and layouts for motion graphics projects.
- **Video Editing**: Take charge of editing raw video footage and amplifying it with captivating effects.
- **Asset Development**: Generate a wide range of graphical assets, from illustrations and animations to video content.
- **Visual Design**: Implement innovative visual designs, iconography, and illustrations that align with our brand.
- **E-Learning Contributions**: Play a key role in converting complex concepts into engaging and innovative eLearning solutions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Engage actively in brainstorming sessions to share and develop new design perspectives.
- **Industry Awareness**: Show an active interest in eLearning industry trends and best practices to always stay ahead.
- **Course Material Production**: Ensure the aesthetic quality of eLearning courses, handling everything from image and video editing to text and graphic alignment.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, along with a strong portfolio of sample projects.
- Advanced knowledge of video editing, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Familiarity with sound effects, color grading, and recent innovations in the field.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design considered a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills.
