**Job Title**: Management Trainee - Technology Project Management

**Job Summary**:
As a management trainee in the technology project management field, you will be responsible for supporting project managers in planning, executing, and delivering technology projects within the organization. You will be expected to learn the ins and outs of project management, understand how to work with cross-functional teams, and acquire a strong understanding of the technology landscape to effectively manage projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support project managers in developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Assist in coordinating project teams, ensuring that all members are aware of their responsibilities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Attend project meetings and take notes to ensure that all project stakeholders are informed of project progress and any changes or risks.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues, and recommend solutions to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Learn and understand the technology landscape to effectively manage technology projects.
- Participate in team-building activities and training sessions to enhance project management skills.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Present project updates and results to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage documentation and maintain accurate project records.
- Stay up to date with new project management technologies and methodologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- MBA degree from a reputed college.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing project needs.
