**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for students to address academic stress, anxiety, and personal issues.
- Develop and implement workshops focused on stress management, time management, and study techniques.
- Collaborate with faculty to identify students in need of psychological support and design intervention strategies.
- Provide assessments and evaluations to identify students’ psychological needs and tailor support accordingly.
- Create educational materials and resources on mental health and wellness for students.
- Organize seminars and guest lectures on topics related to psychology, motivation, and mental health.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions with students.
- Stay updated on the latest research and practices in psychology and education.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology
- Valid license to practice psychology.
- Experience working with students, particularly in high-stress academic environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in developing psychological assessments and intervention plans.
- Experience in conducting workshops or seminars.
- Familiarity with techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or mindfulness practices.
