**Responsibilities**:
1. **House Administration**:

- Manage household administrative tasks efficiently, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and organizing documents.
- Coordinate with the service providers such as cleaners, gardeners, and maintenance personnel to ensure the smooth running of household operations.
- Oversee household budgets, expenses, and procurement of necessary supplies.
- Ensure the cleaning of the house is done properly, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

2. **Guest Hospitality**:

- Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests, including Members and visitors.
- Greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, and ensure their needs are met throughout their stay.
- Coordinate transportation arrangements and provide recommendations for local attractions and services if needed.

3. **Daily Activities Coordination**:

- Arrange and schedule day-to-day activities within the household, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Coordinate with other staff members to delegate tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Maintain communication with household members regarding schedules and updates.

4. **Office Support**:

- Assist with administrative tasks related to the household office, including managing correspondence, organizing files, and scheduling appointments.
- Liaise with external contacts, such as vendors, business associates, and family representatives, as needed.
- Provide administrative support to household members, including managing calendars and arranging travel accommodations.

5. **Food Menu Preparation**:

- Collaborate with the chef to create daily/ weekly menus based on dietary preferences, seasonal ingredients, and special occasions.
- Ensure the timely procurement of fresh ingredients and necessary provisions for meal preparation.
- Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and coordinate with vendors for restocking as needed.

6. **Event Coordination**:

- Plan and execute household events, including dinners, parties, and gatherings, from concept to completion.
- Coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, catering arrangements, entertainment, and guest invitations.
- Oversee setup and cleanup activities, ensuring events run smoothly and meet the expectations of household members.
- Ensure that all aspects of event planning, including decorations, seating arrangements, and entertainment, are meticulously organized and executed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end residential setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including record-keeping, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Knowledge of household management practices, including food service, event planning, and staff coordination.
- Familiarity with basic culinary principles and menu planning preferred.
- Discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information and sensitive situations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
