**Position: Quality Executive

Location: Ankleshwar

Experience: 6 - 8 Years

**Responsibilities**:

- To perform analysis as per specification and testing method.
- Perform all QC activity as per defined SOP and document it on time.
- Is responsible for Daily calibration and as per schedule calibration of QC instrument.
- Lead the team to ach
- Is responsible to prepare and maintain the sufficient quantity Standard solution, Reagent and volumetric solution.
- To plan raw and packing material sampling, analysis and paste approved label after review of protocol.
- Is responsible for preparing and updating specification and method as per pharmacopeia or customer basis.
- Is responsible for preparation of certificate of analysis after analysis and review of protocol.
- To assist the Head QC for investigation of OOS results.
- Handle QMS documents like deviation, Change Control, Analytical Incidences, OOS and OOT.
- To review the stability chamber for temperature, humidity and recording.
- If QC equipment is computer controlled ensure necessary audit trail systems are implemented including systems for data integrity, data security and perform activity in individual user id and password.
- Is responsible for stability sample charging and analysis as per schedule.
- Is responsible for analysis of in-process and finished product sample on time.
- Is responsible for review of analytical document like protocols, reports, calibrations.
- Responsible for sending sample to outside approved lab for analysis in which facility is not at site.
- Responsible for to inform about any OOS, Deviation, incident Related to analysis to Head QC.
- Responsible for informing any out of calibration (OOC) to Head and help in investigation.
- Responsible for to arrange to collect lab waste in specified container and send for destruction to ETP.
- Maintain and update QC related reference books, monographs, standards, regulatory guidelines.
- Periodical review of SOP related to any change or revision of any guideline change and incorporates revisions in SOP.
- Is responsible for arranging of all chemical segregate and store as per SOP.
- Is responsible for to follow Safety rules in lab.
- Believe in team works for growth of the company.
- Always make helping nature to subordinate and superior.
- At the time of internal audit, customer audit or regulatory audit provide support for documents and required information.
- Must follow defined basic GMP and compliance requirement within the company premises.
