**Responsibilties**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

**Required Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and articulate value propositions to potential clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Prior experience in IT sales, business development, or customer service roles is a plus.
