Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Annealing Furnace Operator located in Asansol. The Annealing Furnace Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the annealing furnace, monitoring the furnace temperature and keeping appropriate records, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed during the operation of the furnace. The Annealing Furnace Operator will also be responsible for coordinating with other operators to optimize furnace performance and minimize downtime.

**Qualifications**:
Experience operating and maintaining annealing furnaces

Knowledge of furnace operation, including temperature control and record-keeping

Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics

Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for furnace operation

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience in the steel industry is a plus
