**Role & Responsibilities**

Develop test plans for ExtremeNetworks WiFi products

Define, implement WiFi test cases and support automation

Develop ad hoc tests to support engineering debug

Drive decisions about testing improvements

Execute WiFi test plans

Report test results and plan status

Write detailed bug reports for engineering team

Support distributed development, Support and QA teams

Experience: 3-5 Years

**Basic Qualifications**:BE/ME in Computer Networking, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience

Have 4+ years of experience working with Wi-Fi 802.11 technology, experience in Wi-Fi QA and testing technologies/tools

Have experience working with 802.11 protocols and enterprise Wi-Fi use cases

Have a proven understanding and work experience with TCP/IP for both IPv4 and IPv6

Have strong Computer Networking (VLANs, DHCP, TCP, UDP, VoIP) knowledge

Experience in analyzing Wireshark packet captures (wired and wireless) to solve and identify root cause of issues

Have experience in creating and executing manual and system-level test plans

Have experience in analyzing system-level test results and identifying red flags within a test

**Highly Desirable**:
CWNA or equivalent certification

Experience with scripting or test automation using Python

Experience in working with Jenkins and Jira
