**Job Title: Site Supervisor - Construction Projects**

**Location**: Karanjade, Panvel, Navi Mumbai

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, site logs, and documentation of any deviations from plans.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in site supervision, preferably in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Located in or willing to relocate to Panvel, Navi Mumbai.
