We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven sales professionals to join our team in our automobile distribution firm. As a sales staff member, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth of automobile spare parts and accessories.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including automobile dealerships, workshops, and individual customers.
2. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, to drive business growth.
4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments in the automobile sector.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automobile industry or a related field.
3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Knowledge of automobile spare parts and accessories is an added advantage.
