**Job Description**:
We are searching for a CRE for our client in luxury hospitality segment Klayhills Resorts & Spa LLP, Near Farook College, Kozhikode.

**About the job**:

- Ensure that front office operations run smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on sales and service, including working closely with the Sales Director to address any issues that may arise with team members, customers, and vendors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, and vendor databases and schedules.
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including ensuring that all front office and support staff are prepared for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office, including managing paperwork and filing systems.
- Ensure that workstations are well-stocked and neat, that office supplies and equipment are readily available, and that equipment is properly maintained and in working condition.
- Handle a variety of tasks independently, as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field
- 1+ years experience in a front office or front desk role, preferably in a hotel or resort
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines effectively, juggle multiple tasks at once
