Role Overview:
As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls using our provided phone numbers and database. Your objective will be to set appointments for our real estate agents with prospective clients. We are looking for a talented individual who is proficient in English, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a deep understanding of appointment setting over the phone.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients using the provided phone numbers and database.

2. Engage in professional and persuasive conversations to secure appointments for our real estate agents.

3. Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with prospects to enhance the chances of appointment booking.

4. Effectively communicate our agency's value proposition, services, and benefits to potential clients.

5. Use active listening skills to understand the needs and requirements of prospects and tailor appointment-setting strategies accordingly.

6. Accurately enter appointment details and relevant information into our CRM system.

7. Collaborate with our real estate agents to ensure a smooth appointment booking process.

8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while representing our agency.

9. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and our agency's offerings to provide accurate information to potential clients.

10. Meet or exceed monthly targets for appointment bookings.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.

2. Proficiency in English with exceptional verbal communication skills.

3. Strong knowledge of appointment setting techniques and strategies over the phone.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

5. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.

6. Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote/home-based environment.

7. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software for appointment management.

8. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment conducive to making phone calls.

9. Flexible working hours to accommodate potential clients' availability, which may include evenings and weekends.

10. Must have a reliable internet connection such as Wifi.
