**QUALIFICATION: ITI Electrical with PWD licence**

Responsibility of day to day safe operation of Fabrication and Welding work
- Material planning and manpower planning
- Machine setting, maintenance
- Control of non-conforming Operations
- Process control
- Compliance of Corrective action system
- Control of records pertaining to his department
- Ensuring implementation of all Work Instruction and SOPs
- Ensuring proper maintenance and preservation of tools, equipment and machines
- Keep all records related to production.
- Ensure proper housekeeping in operational area.
- Ensure identification on all in-process material.
- Programming for CNC/VMC machine for new product.
- Change setting as per drawing / customer requirement.
- Keep back up for program.
- Ensure program numbering and keep data.
- Train employees as per work instructions.
- Follow all instructions from Plant Manger
- Follow all the procedures and maintain records related to any certification.
- Responsible for complete the production schedule in his specific department.
- Responsible for maintaining all the records of molds in register (e.g. mold no to which job use this mold)
- Maintaining optimum inventory in his department.
- Responsible for not producing extra items than mentioned in the plan.
- Any additional responsibility can be added for improvement in production process, productivity and quality

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift
