We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to join our team in the role of Graphic Designer. This multifaceted position is responsible for crafting brand concepts and translating them into visually captivating design elements that resonate with the brand’s positioning.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Create Engaging Motion Graphics**
- Design and produce visually appealing motion graphics for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and advertisements.

**Collaborate with Creative Teams**
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to bring visual concepts to life through animation and motion design.

**Video Editing and Post-Production**
- Edit videos and add motion graphics to enhance storytelling and brand messaging.

**Animate Logos, Icons, and Visual Elements**
- Animate brand logos, typography, and icons to add a dynamic element to brand visuals.

**Design and Develop Storyboards**
- Create storyboards that align with the visual direction and narrative of projects.

**Stay Up-to-Date with Trends and Tools**
- Continuously explore new trends, tools, and techniques in motion graphics and animation to keep the content fresh and relevant.

**Maintain Brand Consistency**
- Ensure all motion graphics align with the brand’s visual identity and guidelines.

**Optimize Motion Graphics for Various Formats**
- Ensure motion graphics are optimized for web, mobile, and other digital platforms, adjusting formats as needed.

**Handle Tight Deadlines and Multiple Projects**
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-1 years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and video editing work
- Expertise in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar tools
- Strong ability to conceptualize motion sequences and translate ideas into storyboards and animations
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A keen eye for design aesthetics and a strong attention to detail
- Time management and organizational skills
- Awareness of current motion and design trends

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
