**Job Deacription**
Business Development (Tendering and Bidding):Business Development activities involving identification of projects for viability, feasibility & collaboration/JV. Identifying new business opportunities from the existing client / consultant base resources, e-procurement portals, advertisements, and conferences.
Detail Engineering: Identify and implement value engineering initiatives during the detailed engineering stage. Managing projects, which includes, planning, engineering, and execution as per guidelines ensuring safety, quality and cost-effective solutions.
Site Activities: Prepare, Schedule, Coordinate and monitor the assigned other engineering projects. Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practises, QA/QC policies, performance standards specifications, budgeting, and MIS submission on Project status.
Commission: Support the execution team on any technical challenges in respect to Electrical requirement of the projects by effective problem-solving approach. Manage smooth commissioning of the project by coordinating between company and contractor. Track and review progress through meetings
**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
