**Position Overview**:
As a Graphic Designer at Shreejan Associates, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and creating captivating visual content. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, digital assets, and visual elements that will engage our target audience and convey our brand message effectively.

**Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**: Utilize your comprehensive experience in various graphic design tools, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and Sketch, to create stunning visual materials.

**Figma Expertise**: Demonstrate proficiency in Figma to design, prototype, and collaborate on web and app interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience and intuitive design.

**Brand Identity**: Develop and maintain our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

**Web Design**: Collaborate with the web development team to create visually appealing web elements and graphics for our website, ensuring a seamless blend of aesthetics and functionality.

**UI/UX Enhancement**: Work closely with the UX team to enhance user interface designs, wireframes, and prototypes, and provide valuable design insights.

**Photography and Image Editing**: Proficiently edit images, retouch photos, and prepare visuals for use in various campaigns.

**Creative Conceptualization**: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotions.

**Stay Updated**: Stay abreast of industry trends, design innovations, and emerging technologies to continuously improve your skills and incorporate cutting-edge design techniques.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your diverse design skills and projects. Minimum of [number] years of relevant experience.

**Education**: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred, but substantial experience and a remarkable portfolio will also be considered.

**Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Sketch, and other graphic design tools. Exceptional expertise in Figma for web and app design.

**Creativity**: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and translate ideas into visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.

**Attention to Detail**: Meticulous eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality designs.

**Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Time Management**: Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
