Job Title: Personal Secretary

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

3. Draft and prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.

4. Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and other events.

5. Maintain filing systems, databases, and records in an organized and efficient manner.

6. Handle personal errands and tasks for the executive, such as making reservations, arranging personal appointments, and managing household needs.

7. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.

8. Assist in managing projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

9. Conduct research and compile information as requested.

10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant.

3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

6. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.

7. High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.

8. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.

9. Detail-oriented and meticulous in work quality.

10. Ability to work independently and take initiative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
