Name: BHS CORRUGATOR & EMBA PRINTING SUPERVISOR.

Job Location: Agbara Ogun State Nigeria

**KEY ROLE**:
To run smooth production as per the targeted plan with good quality and minimum wastage

Key Responsibilities:

- All the jobs should run as per the daily plan
- He should run Bhs corrugator and Emba Printing Machines
- He should have good training skills to train operators
- During production minimum resources and materials should consumed as per BOM
- Shift timing and incoming and outgoing timing of workers should be maintained as per shift
- 5’s should be maintained on the shop floor
- All first-piece approvals should be checked carefully
- Item allocation should be done as per product design on a Printing machine
- During production proper coordination is to be done with respective departments
- like quality, maintenance, and raw material stores.
- Shop floor FG boxes, sheets, 2 ply, core pipe, paper scrap and palled management should be proper
- Proper identification should be labelled each material
- Consumable should be maintained with minimum and maximum levels to avoid line stoppage.

Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a BHS & Emba Supervisor in corrugated/Mono cartons and labels

Diploma or Degree from India

Ready to relocate to Nigeroia

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹82,817.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
