IELTS Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct IELTS training sessions and provide comprehensive instruction to individuals preparing for the IELTS examination.
- Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of students and tailor training programs to address their specific requirements.
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that focus on improving listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English.
- Utilize various teaching methods, resources, and technologies to create a stimulating learning environment.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing regular feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Administer practice tests and mock examinations to simulate real IELTS testing conditions.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS examination requirements and scoring criteria.
- Keep accurate records of student attendance, performance, and other relevant information.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching techniques and share best practices.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student motivation and engagement.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical teaching standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an IELTS Trainer or similar role, with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Sound knowledge of the IELTS examination structure, scoring system, and assessment criteria.
- Strong command of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively engage and motivate learners of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
- Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: The salary for this position will be commensurate with skills, qualifications, and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Jalandhar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
