- Teaching certification/license in French language education or equivalent.
- Native or near-native proficiency in French language (CEFR C2 level or equivalent).
- Proven experience teaching French language to students of varying ages and proficiency levels, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.
- Strong knowledge of French language pedagogy, curriculum development, and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction and support diverse learners.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
- Commitment to cultural competence, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
