**We are looking for Service Engineer - Customer Service**
**You’ll make a difference by**:
- Maintenance Planning: Responsible for developing and implementing maintenance schedules and plans as per the contract. This involves coordinating routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and analysis of critical failures.
- Emergency Response: Be prepared to handle emergencies and unexpected breakdowns, providing prompt and effective response and resolution.
- Team Management: Lead and provide technical support to a team of service engineers to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing safety measure to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment.
- Equipment and Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment required for maintenance tasks. Maintaining adequate stock levels and ensuring the availability of critical components is crucial to minimizing downtime.
- Maintenance Records and Documentation: Keeping accurate maintenance records and documentation is vital for regulatory compliance and historical reference. Ensure that all maintenance activities are documented properly.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the work.
- Payment Collection
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection from customer.
**Desired Skills**:
- You have a degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- 5 Years of Experience in Signalling domain in Indian railway.
- Relevant experience in Onboard and trackside equipment of TPWS system is a must.
- Ability to work and lead a team of service engineers.
- Proficient in English and Hindi language. Knowledge of local language an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Fluent writing and reading skills of language(s) used for official communication.
- IT Skills: MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). All maintenance relevant tools.
- Combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency
