**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Understand a company's marketing goals/KPI's and how to build a successful marketing program for achieving their goals**

**Ability to research and prospect new leads to add to a sales pipeline**

**Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels and new practices that will lead to an increase in sales**

**Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators, seek out emerging markets and industry trends while being fully aware of new products and competitive landscape**

**WHO YOU ARE**:
**1-2 years of experience in strategic marketing and advertising sales, hunting and generating new business**

**Proven success building out new business development strategies, tactics and generating leads using direct sales methods**

**Good communicator—excellent listening skills**

**You’re drawn to dynamic, fast-paced, rapidly growing companies where “work hard and play hard” is in everyone’s DNA**

**Strong experience with digital culture along with knowledge of trends and innovation in the digital ecosystem (social media/media/advertising/digital)**

**Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no supervision**

**Experience working with CRM tools, specifically Hubspot**

**HUGE PLUS if you have worked in performance marketing**

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
