Job Overview**:
The Office Boy will perform various basic administrative and housekeeping duties to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workplace.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **General Office Maintenance**:

- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office, including workspaces, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Maintain the cleanliness of office equipment and furniture.

2. **Refreshment Services**:

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to staff and visitors.
- Refill water dispensers and ensure the availability of refreshments.

3. **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as needed.
- Distribute and collect mail, parcels, and important documents.
- Run errands as required by office staff.

4. **Meeting Room Setup**:

- Prepare meeting rooms for scheduled meetings and conferences.
- Ensure necessary supplies (e.g., stationery, beverages) are available for meetings.

5. **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage office supplies and pantry stock levels.
- Place orders for replenishment of supplies in a timely manner.

6. **Support Staff Assistance**:

- Assist in setting up and organizing company events and activities.
- Provide general assistance to office staff and management as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school or diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- A positive and helpful attitude.
