**Your Role and Responsibilities**
System Administrators are the gatekeepers to the many systems that run our company and our clients. As a System Admin with IBM, you will have the opportunity to provide high-value IT services and leverage our leading-edge technology portfolio in our global network. Your work has a direct impact on the day-to-day productivity of our business by ensuring integrity of, and access to, our most important resource: data.

**Responsibilities**:

- Installation, configuration, maintenance, performance tuning, administration, migration / up gradation, patching of Oracle Middleware Products at DC/DR Sites.
- Application EAR file Deployment on Production box post test certified by the Application team
- Housekeeping of the Oracle Middleware Servers for expected performance
- Fine tuning of Oracle Application/Web server parameters
- Backup of Oracle Webserver as per IT Policy
- Configuration of HA Cluster (A-A/A-P) for Oracle Web/App servers
- Raise SR with Oracle for App/Web related issues and follow-up
- Log monitoring for app/web servers
- Installation, configuration and administration of Oracle report servers
- Should have proficiency in collecting Java core, heap dump and analyse

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 2-4 years of Weblogic administration experience.
- Must have knowledge Weblogic
- Knowledge of Unix shell scripting
- Good Knowledge on Tool set like Jenkin, Git, Docker.
- Good Experience in of Load balancer.
- Hands on experience in configuring the tools on Linux platform.
- Experience in Linux and Windows security Patching
- Proven experience in release and production Deployment process.
- Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Java and DevOps knowledge is added advantage.
