**Responsibilities**
- Design and develop integration solutions to meet business needs and objectives.
- Develop and maintain integration architecture standards, policies, and best practices.
- Conduct technical assessments and evaluations to identify integration requirements and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain integration design documentation and technical specifications.
- Conduct performance testing and optimization to ensure efficient and effective integration solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to technical teams on integration architecture best practices.
- You are an enthusiastic, driven, and proactive person, taking ownership and accountability in your work.

**Requirements**:
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in integration architecture or related role.
- Strong experience with integration technologies such as ESB, event streaming, ETL, MQ, API management, and RPA.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, standards, and best practices.
- Experience with the Mulesoft Anypoint platform is mandatory.
- Experience with other integration platforms (e.g., BizTalk, Kafka) is an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud integration solutions.
- Good understanding of architectural patterns, guard rails, and working in agile/DevOps environments.

Other
- Excellent analytical and technical skills, systems thinking and design thinking.
