**SME (IBP)**
- **Project Management**: Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation. Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- **SCM Knowledge**: Deep understanding of supply chain management principles, processes, and best practices across areas such as procurement, inventory management, demand planning, logistics, and distribution. This knowledge helps in effectively translating business requirements into project plans and deliverables.
- **Technical Understanding**: Familiarity with SCM technologies and systems such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), IBP (Integrated Business Planning), and SCM-specific software like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. This technical understanding enables you to effectively manage implementation projects and coordinate with technical teams.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Ability to engage and manage stakeholders at various levels including business executives, project sponsors, end-users, and technical teams. Strong communication and negotiation skills are crucial for aligning stakeholder expectations, managing conflicts, and ensuring project success.
- **Team Leadership**: Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide project teams comprising functional consultants, technical developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders. Providing direction, coaching, and support to team members to achieve project objectives on time and within budget.
- **Communication Skills**: Clear and effective communication is essential. You should be able to articulate project objectives, updates, and timelines to both internal team members and external clients in a way that is easily understandable.
- **Adaptability**: Projects can be dynamic, and requirements may change. Being able to adapt to changing circumstances and pivot when necessary is important.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, risks, and dependencies impacting project progress and implement effective mitigation strategies. Proactively addressing challenges and adapting project plans to changing circumstances is essential for project success.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Ability to maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, status reports, issue logs, and change requests. Regular reporting to project stakeholders to provide visibility into project progress, milestones achieved, and upcoming deliverables.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, or related roles.
- Proficiency in supply chain planning software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel, Tableau).
