Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Unit Head. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. Assist in travel arrangements and prepare expense reports. Deal with sensitive information in a discrete manner and respect confidentiality.

Handle documentation and procedures with respect to on boarding and employees’ life cycle. Maintain Personnel Files. Help employees in successful offboarding and exiting to maintain a relation of mutual respect after the end of the business relationship. SPOC for Payroll inputs of HO Roll employees. As a Leave Administrator oversee Leave and ensure compliance with regulation and policies. Responsible for managing employee’s leave request, handle leave related complaints and grievances in a professional and objective manner.

Overseeing distribution of Postal mail and parcels/courier through proper categorization.

Secretarial and administrative assistance to the Unit Head in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.

Responsible for Human Resources activities to include employee onboarding/offboarding, documentation, HR information, Personnel Files. Handle documents and procedures of an employee’s life cycle. Convey Company Policy, Values, Vision and Mission etc. SPOC for Payroll. Interacting with multiple departments and personnel for salary inputs, attendance data, etc. Overseeing the distribution and delivery of physical mail and routing it to the intended recipients.

As Leave administrator serve as the main contact for leave and absence matters. Responsible for day to day administration of Company’s Leave and absence cases. Provide customized guidance that support the company’s employees. and people managers before, during and through the transition to returning to work in consultation with the Human Resource Manager.
