Nursery Assistant

Patient Care:
- Assessing patients' physical and mental health status.
- Creating and implementing care plans based on patients' needs.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and other health indicators.
- Providing wound care, injections, and other medical procedures as needed.
- Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Communication:
- Communicating effectively with patients and their families to provide education, support, and guidance.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, therapists, and social workers, to coordinate patient care.
- Documenting patients' medical histories, treatments, and progress accurately and thoroughly.
- Advocacy:
- Advocating for patients' rights and needs within the healthcare system.
- Ensuring that patients receive appropriate care and treatment.
- Acting as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers to address concerns or issues.
- Education:
- Providing health education and counseling to patients and their families.
- Teaching patients about their conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Offering support and guidance to patients as they navigate their healthcare journeys.
- Administration:
- Overseeing the coordination of care for multiple patients.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.
- Supervising and mentoring nursing assistants and other support staff.
- Emotional Support:
- Providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during challenging times.
- Offering empathy and compassion to help patients cope with illness, injury, or loss.
**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
