Patient Care:

- Assessing patients' physical and mental health status.
- Creating and implementing care plans based on patients' needs.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and other health indicators.
- Providing wound care, injections, and other medical procedures as needed.
- Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Communication:

- Communicating effectively with patients and their families to provide education, support, and guidance.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, therapists, and social workers, to coordinate patient care.
- Documenting patients' medical histories, treatments, and progress accurately and thoroughly.
- Advocacy:

- Advocating for patients' rights and needs within the healthcare system.
- Ensuring that patients receive appropriate care and treatment.
- Acting as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers to address concerns or issues.
- Education:

- Providing health education and counseling to patients and their families.
- Teaching patients about their conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
